No but they are only taking donations Mon, Wed, Fri from 10-2 and have a 6 bag maximum.
7/23/2020 They replied back on FB msgr. "No appointment necessary! We accept donations Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. Please be aware that our hours may be shortened if we reach capacity. Thanks for reaching out!"
