It's fine if you take it slow. Any car can handle. There have been car break ins up there though so don't bring/leave anything valuable.
There are pot holes. Take it slowly. I sometimes pull over on one side to let others who want to go fast go.
There are some potholes but any car can drive there. The road is a bit narrow at some points but still fine
