One of the posted signs in the park talks about the reflectors, their history and purpose. I can't remember enough of what I read to comment. I'd only want to post facts. I know that makes me a rare gem. Publishing only that which is known, confirmed..and truth. ...something our news media could learn to do again. But nobody cares.
I think they might be solar cells to power the street lights at night.
