Had an extremely bad move out experience. We had scheduled the elevator to be reserved since I wasn’t in the bottom floor, dollys to be available for me to wheel my stuff to my moving vehicle, and the docking bay reserved so that we could park there. None of these things happened, and nobody was even at the office on my move out day, so no walk through. This was all in writing too, so they didn’t hold up their end. zero communication and extremely terrible management. Then I get a bill from them, which was the most insulting thing ever. Would definitely not recommend.

By far the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. Just within a weeks the elevator is broken, the phobs to get into the building stopped working, and the garage door is broken. The apartment had no solution, no signs, no emails, and overall seemed to really not care. There is never a perfect place but communication goes a long way, and both management companies that we have had thus far have failed. It is a true disappointment because the actual complex and apartments themselves are very nice, but living here has been made miserable due to management.

Yet another fancy building with terrible, absent management. Negotiate everything possible with your rent because this place sucks. They will bait & switch you too. My studio didn't come with shelves and windows I saw on tour. People leave trash everywhere. People park wherever you want. Amenities aren't great bc you can't change any of the tv's channels, even in the gym. Forced to watch Fox News on mute. Elevators are always broken. Neighbors are super loud, run a daycare, and make noise the minute quiet hours end. That sucks. A kids party happening at 8am Saturday is so annoying. People smoke everywhere, even in the gym. Management never knows anything about managing any thing. Cleaning only done by 1 person.

Extremely poor management- NEVER anyone at the front desk/office during business hours, they never answer the phone and you can’t leave a message because the voicemail box is full. Have had so many issues with maintenance as well, they seem to take forever to even respond to requests, let alone getting the issue fixed. After hours maintenance phone hotline doesn't work either. As others have mentioned the mailroom situation is terrible, packages are just thrown anywhere and everywhere rather than in mailboxes or the lockers. Parking garage is supposed to be secure but about 80% of the time the gate is left open all night. Also there’s no guest parking at all and super limited street parking so you pretty much have to buy a parking pass ($125 monthly). The actual interior of the apartments are nice at a glance but you can tell it’s all cheap material and poorly made. Overall a pretty disappointing experience living here, not worth the high rent, won’t be renewing my lease in a few months.
