It was about average as far as apartments go, the visiting experience was ok. The main building rooftop may be haunted, when on the 6 floor sun room balcony during a sleepover around 2 am my friend saw a ghost standing on the roof 4 mins before a large thunderstorm. During the storm i heard singing from the roof and witnessed red lightning, but it stopped as soon as it started. My friend said others in the building are aware of this ghost and he has seen it multiple other times around the same time. The balcony lock also mysteriously clicked open at about 11 pm way before the ghost appeared. I would like to know if anyone else has information on this.

Living here has been nothing but hassle and money being shelled out to a manager who doesn’t want to take the time to get his stuff figured out. We have been told multiple times that there was an amount due on the account and paid that amount and then been told they applied the payments to something else so we still owe this and that. We have had to deal with loud neighbors who come in and out all hours of the night. Which normally wouldn’t be a problem aside from the fact that they blare music at 11:00 PM on work nights. Nothing has been done to change it. They have been nothing but difficult to work with. I wouldn’t recommend living here to ANYONE. I will never rent from another grey star property again. Definitely has not been a good experience for me.
