They don't tell you on the phone that there is absolutely no parking available and the current parking waitlist is estimated at 4-5 months long. Both the property manager and her coworker told me the cost of the garage and failed to inform me of the situation with parking. When I pressed the issue I was told "I didn't ask" and "its my job as a tenant to ask those types of questions" Why would you tell me the price of garage parking if there are no spots available and the waitlist is almost out half a year. Very misleading

Move in experience went very smoothly. Management are very helpful and friendly. The complex feels pretty safe with patrol guarding at night. The unit itself is beautiful and the finishing is nice! A few odd design choices in the building such as air conditioning in the parking lot elevator room, hallway but not in the unit; no recycling in the trash chute. A few suggestions I have: 1) Gym is lacking equipment but has plenty of room for adding free weights and a squat rack. 2) A covered area in the roof top with amenities such as ping pong table, pool table etc.

The complex is beautiful and management is both friendly and communicative. Maintenance takes quite some time, especially with warranty issues. The rooftop has so much space and was recently furnished, however, there is room for so much more outdoor furniture and activities. It also gets incredibly dark when the sunsets on the rooftop, the few light posts that are there do not provide sufficient lighting at night & we have to use flash lights to see, hoping string lights of some sort will be added 🤞🏽 Also would love to have free weights added to the gym, several other tenants have mentioned this as well in passing.

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience touring and consulting with Sara! Although I did not move in to these apartments due to my budget, everything else was perfect. Sara was by far the most helpful, sweetest and understanding leasing agent I’ve ever met. The apartments are beautiful and their soon to be rooftop has a gorgeous view! I highly recommend checking Träd out, it’s worth your time!
