I lived here from age 13 to age 19, watched my teenage home turn into my first apartment, and I must say that's an experience I wouldn't trade for the world. Ballinger homes (or B homes for short as we kids called it) is forever my favorite public housing authority residence. I will love and cherish my time there. Plus, from experience renting, the prices and discounts and absolutely unbeatable. Hands down, best prices and easy to discuss with a worker if need be, if you ever have the opportunity to get a place here, don't miss it, you'll regret it.

Ballinger homes.. My daughter I and my Lov moved in here over 23 years ago ballinger homes yes a few things do need to be replaced and such and fixed but this is our home

There is an office located there specifically for Ballinger Homes (which is a division of King County Housing Authority). However; the staff there are knowledgeable about King County Housing Authority (KCHA) and are always willing to help. If staff can't answer any general questions you may have pertaining to KCHA, they will know which office, department and/or staff member to direct you to.
