The outside is very pretty and well kept. Inside the 1406 building staircase and hallways are not cleaned regularly and have a bad smell.

This place is really nice well the office is when I showed up for my tour the staff was unprepared and said they didn't have a unit to show the ad was posted yesterday not even 24hours later I was here the staff seemed uncomfortable and reluctant to give any information

A: No, we are open parking that you can choose for yourself. You will have a parking permit for your vehicle to show you are registered to park in the parking lot.
A: Yes! We have a laundry room on the first floor of each building that residents can use by paying with coin or the mobile app.

A: Our 1 bedroom apartments are 850 square feet, our 2 bedrooms are 1200 square feet and our 3 bedrooms are 1500 square feet.
We have a dog, so they Do accept dogs. I believe there are breed restrictions.
