I love this apartment community, the staff are so nice, it’s quiet and clean! I LOVE the security patrols, and the maintenance staff are awesome, so nice and they actually know what they are doing. Best apartments I’ve lived in!

Horrible mold problems, if you enjoy toxic black mold this is the place for you. They have no moisture control around any of the windows or doors and water beads on the inside and causes so much mold to grow daily. You can put in work orders for mold but it took over a week on several occasions before they even looked at it. I had to put in numerous mold work orders before they decided to insulate our front door. If you do have a maintenance issue, call the office and report it, then call and check on its progress that speeds them up a little. I will say that The people that work in the office are very very nice, especially the main manager, and Trevon.

I have very much enjoyed living here. Staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the property is wonderful for my toddlers to explore and not feel trapped in a city. I have moved around a lot being a mother in a military family and it's difficult to find decent apartments. I am appreciative of the quality of living at Ballinger Commons.

I just moved to area with my family and saw these beautiful apartments. Before making any decisions, we thought it would be best to look around. The apartments itself were pretty spacious and the surroundings were neatly kept. Also met Troy, who not only greeted us, but gave us a quick tour of the place, showing us features we wouldn’t have known otherwise. He was friendly and made everything seemed comfortable. Will be inquiring about vacancies in the near future!

It's good. Covered for tenants and plenty of visitor parking all over ther place.
No it is not. Ballinger Commons is owned by King County Housing Authority and they pay an outside company to manage it. I assume that means there is (or will be in the future) a larger amount of families living there with limited incomes.
2 rooms $ 1,685 1 bathroom, $ 1,785 2 bathroom.

No in the state of Washington, the maintenance folks are required to pay full rent. Unlike many other communities that offer a reduced rent for maintenance people. I suggest calling the office. They normally have an on call staff that is near.b
The second cabana, is a space that residents can reserve (for a fee) for parties. It may also be used by management for additional office space and storage. Both pools are unheated and about 5 to 5 1/2 feet deep. The pools are nice but trees shade the pools too much in the late afternoon, unfortunately.
