The train goes straight to SeaTac and its a block or two walk away
The Sheraton does not provide a courtesy shuttle, but you can ask any of the bell staff to get you a taxi (about $75), use Lyft or Uber ($30-50), or walk about two blocks to Westlake Station to take the light rail to the airport for $3 per person. I usually prefer the light rail because it is so inexpensive and predictable because it does not have to deal with as many traffic problems.

I'm not sure if the hotel has a shuttle we had the Holland America package and that included a shuttle to airport and they pick up in front of hotel
