Without question one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any place of business let alone a Four Seasons. After a full day of traveling I show up to check in to be told my reservation had been canceled. No notice, no confirmation and unable to provide any proof of the cancellation request I was left without a place to stay in a city I was unfamiliar with. I was shocked and beyond disgusted with how the entire situation was handled. The entitled experience would be graded as an F at best.

Nice place with a great service and very good food. The only problem are the beds. They have only king and full size beds. So if you get a room for 4 people you will get two full beds not queen which are uncomfortable for two. You can ask for role up bed which defeat the purpose of paying for a luxury hotel. Iām 127lb and my daughter is 90 lb so we did fit but a larger person would not fit for sure which I think is very inconsiderate of a hotel business that offers services to everyone.

We loved the Four Seasons in Seattle! Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful, luxurious decor and great amenities. The rooms were decorated beautifully, and in great condition. Excellent downtown location as well! We were within walking distance to everything from the ferris wheel, Pike Place Market, well-known restaurants, etc. Caitlin and her manager, Ronald, at the front desk were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional 5-star worthy customer service. Four Seasons never disappoints when it comes to customer service, and the Seattle location was not an exception. I highly recommend!

Hello! We do not have afternoon tea, but we do have brunch, lunch, dinner, mid-day and breakfast.
Tod, why so rude? It's not even funny. People from Italy were very confused. Very Seattle of you.
