Expected better for the price! Had a room with paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls, mold and AC that barely worked. Didn't want to check in the bed..The pictures on the internet do not show how bad of shape this hotel is in. We weren't comfortable staying there. Ended up booking a different hotel for our two night stay and had to eat the first night with this hotel despite checking out quickly. Wish we had taken the time to read the reviews from other guests. Would have avoided completely!!

Room was hot and ac didn't make it cold. If the window opened it was like 20 degrees cooler outside. Also we needed a room big enough for 5 so we made a reservation for 2 queens with a roll away and when we got there we were put in a room barely able to fit the two FULL size beds that were in the room. So for solo travellers that don't mind being in a hot room I guess it would be great?

I was very nervous to stay here after reading the reviews (our room was non-refundable) but it was not as bad as I thought it would be! Marcus at the front desk was super nice and although the room was small and smelled musty, the bed linens and furniture were all clean and comfortable. House keeping brought clean towels daily, and the location was perfect- within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

I was extremely disappointed with the way we were greeted. Rude, hostile, and extremely unwelcoming. Just settling into my bed and found multiple bugs on my pillows and in the sheets. Switched to a cheaper room but for some reason still paying for the “nice” room I got. Rooms are musty smelling, not soundproof at all, i can hear the conversation in the room beside me, fridge was wide open and warm. Giving stars for location, as its within walking distance to a lot of great places.

Don't go there, it's so dirty. Not a good place at all. I will never ever go there again. The only good thing was the location
There are several dry cleaners in the area, but I think the closest laundromat is up on Caitol Hill across the freeway on Bellevue.
Not to my knowledge
cash yes, but you need an identity card or driving license, Credit card not necessary
Should be they were getting ready
When we were there in January it was open. It is my understanding that it is open year round and only the pool is seasonal.
No. I know they let guests in lobby but most hotels in downtown don't allow loitering unless you have a reservation. Are you giving all the details???
Don't stay here
