The ladies who checked us in were wonderful, friendly and helpful with tourist suggestions. The man working the next day was not very friendly. The rooms are small. The "closet " has an ironing board in it so no other clothes can fit in it. There was no bureau for clothing either. Clothes had to stay in suitcase for our 3 night stay. We were told that because of covid we would not get maid service. So if we needed towels, coffee, or anything else we had to go to front desk and get it. Our TV only got 3 channels, 2 employees came and reset our TV, so we got more. But after a couple of hours we were back down to 4.

Honestly after reading other reviews I almost canceled our booking, but we decided to stay and I’m glad we did. It was a standard hotel. No big issues at all. Our room was clean. Our AC worked wonderfully and they let us check in early with no fee. I never felt unsafe, but we were in the rooms by 9 each night. The area around the hotel is really nice though it seems. They also stored our bag for us and we ate at the restaurant downstairs which was convenient.

Too expensive, too basic and too run-down (also scamming people out of security deposits?) Stayed at the Executive in June and still have not received the security damage deposit for the room back yet despite sending two emails to see when I may receive this. Starting to feel very much like a scam Too expensive at over $150 a night for a room with barely any bathroom space to sit down on the toilet and not even any bedside lights and one bare bulb light hanging from the ceiling. Very very basic and felt unclean. Hallway was filthy with a broken ice machine sitting with parts scattered across the hallway and a air freshener working overtime to try and mask the stench of cigarette smoke that permeates even your suitcase in your room. Additionally parking at hotel is over 40 dollars a night and the hotel staff are useless at recommending anywhere else or even cheaper. We were told that the staff the following morning would have a key card to let us out only for the receptionist the next morning to be utterly bewildered that they might even think of helping us. This meant we were stuck with a >$40 parking bill. Again an added expense to an already very poor and very expensive stay. Not somewhere I would ever stay again.

Front desk staff was professional and informative. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Amenities available and good scents. Hotel has been remodeled and updated but there was rust in the bathroom vents. Clean hotel. Very noisy. I’m not even exaggerating, I woke up every hour. Anything from traffic to other hotel guests. Room is very small. Parking is available for an extra charge but it is across the street and down the hill so be prepared for a good walk. Chose hotel due to the proximity to our destination.

We had an upper floor which was good . not much of a view unless you stay closer to the cross street corner of the hotel. Road noise not a big issue.
