The atmosphere of this hotel is welcoming and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I have always been a picky person with hotel cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. Upon entering our room and looking around, it was by far the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. On top of their top-notch cleanliness, the beds were incredibly comfortable, as well as their pillows. If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay while in Seattle I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was great, so many places to eat and drink in walking distance. Arlene was so kind. I broke my foot and during my stay She went above and beyond so I didn't have to struggle w crutches and getting up for my doordash etc. Just so thankful she was there. Kristin at the bar was so wonderful as well just a great stay!

The customer service after the stay at this hotel was the worst experience I have had with a hotel. We made a reservation to stay at this hotel for one night through a booking company at a specific rate. This was a deal website. Upon checking out we received a bill for the regular rate. It took four calls to get to any type of resolution. When I asked them to refund the credit card on file and charge the correct amount to a different card, they said that would be fine. The next day they refunded the amount to the correct amount we should have been charged, however they said they can not change the credit card - not acknowledging they had already told me they would. When I asked why they said they can not do a refund (even though they just did). When I asked why did someone tell me the day prior they would do this, they said they don't know and questioned who I spoke with. Overall awful experience and I would not recommend staying at this hotel

The hotel experience seems to be targeted to the wellness crowd. The room was a tad smaller than Holiday Inns but was well laid out and spacious feeling and marvelously clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kind of upscale basic. The shower in particular was really nice. If parking wasn't so expensive I'd certainly be back there again and again as need arises. Really top-notch front desk both evening and morning. And if you're into yoga and meditation, I suppose, a lot of your necessities are provided in the room. If you want breakfast you need to buy the package or you'll have to pay for it in the morning. Looked like a pretty decent menu. All in all, a very positive experience.
