Great place to stay downtown Seattle. All the staff were wonderful to deal with, and the majority of them went out of thier way to make sure we were comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast changed slightly daily which was great after staying a few days! Cons: the duvets shed (I'm still finding feathers everywhere), TV would not work from time to time, you have to schedule room service or bug front desk if you needed anything.

Our room over looked and ally and gas station. and noise form backing up garage trucks and delivery truck woke us (they did provide a white noise machine in our room) The room was one of the dirties I have ever stayed in. When checking in we were told there would be no maid service during our stay unless requested. had to requested additional sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa bed. Was told this would take a few hours as they could not find the person with the keys to the supply room. The sink bowel was cracked and water dripped out of the crack. The bathroom had one smallest lights and didn't light the shower which had not been cleaned. The carpet, curtains, and couch had stains. All the night stands and wood furniture had water damage, likely from the ice bucket. Their was a Walgreens across the street and whole foods few blocks away, but my wife did not feel safe when she walked to both locations. The Space needle and central park are walkable but there a lot construction in the block in between that required walking additional blocks with temporary road closures. All doors and elevators require a key card except the main door. most people did not know how to use key card in the elevators and elevators were held up by people trying learn how to use the key card to access their floor. Breakfast staff was very good and one or two changes each morning, Once we left got a bill for $63.50 in Movie fees when we didn't order movies. called the hotel for a refund and spent 4 hours trying to get someone on the phone. Once I did I was told no one there could help me and they would have to call me back, Still waiting. I would not stay here again.

First, the good points of this hotel. The staff is pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean when we arrived and there is a decent breakfast. Now the not-so-good. We were told no housekeeping available for our two day stay. I know there is a staff shortage, but they wouldn’t even empty the trash, which is gross. People put trash out in the hallway (pizza boxes) and it stayed there for more than 24 hours attracting bugs and rodents. There was a used teeth flosser in the hallway for more than a day. Housekeeping left dirty sheets out in the hallway, partially blocking the hallway and making it difficult for people in wheelchairs to get by. We were given a note when we checked in that said masks were required in public areas. Not a single staff member in the front desk area wore a mask. Few guests wore masks. The front desk area and the breakfast get very crowded. The hotel website claims this hotel has 24/7 dining. They don’t. We checked in after midnight, very hungry after a day of travel. I asked the front desk clerk if there was any food available to purchase. There was nothing. How hard is it to stock some snacks or microwaveable meals? Or get some vending machines? So, it’s an OK hotel, but needs higher cleaning standards. If they aren’t going to offer housekeeping services, they should lower the cost of the room. And tell guests the truth about masks and availability of food.

My son and I had a great stay here. Very close to the waterfront and the Space Needle. Great food and restaurants within walking as well. The area felt safe to walk around with being with a 6 year old. Hotel staff was helpful and quick. Rooms were nice and clean. Great stay. Will stay again.

It's underneath the hotel. It costs $30 per day plus tax.
clean friendly and soft beds
I think its 35
When I stayed they offered a chauffeur service to and from the airport, but for cheaper options your best bet is using the monorail at Seatac airport and taking it to Westlake center, the closest stop from the hotel.
