RUN away from doing business with these people. I've been trying for nearly a month to get access to my funds and I cant get them to even respond to my support ticket. They asked me for all kinds of info, which is fine, but even after I provided everything no resolution. Going on 12 days now with no response whatsoever...

Hi, I'm about to sign up for Bittrex account. I hope Bittrex traders fellows would give me your real experiences with Bittrex recent and current status and or recommend if I should join Bittrex. I need to give stars for posting this comment. I give 2.5 stars as a neutral before experiences but no 2.5 but 2 or 3. so I chose 3. Thanks.

Great experience so far! At first, I deposited $200 in cash and it got frozen. It took 2 days for support to get back to me but even after they helped me I got another email asking if everything was resolved which was nice. At first I doubted Bittrex, now I'm really enjoying their service. By the way Bittrex, please fix fiat deposit issues. That would be amazing. Also, add Live Chat! That would be a game changer for you as far as being seen as trusted/reliable. Thanks!

Beware of Bittrex. They are a repeat offender of suspending your account under the guise of money laundry. i went to go into my account last night and could not access. Sent a support note and received this BS letter of investigating money laundry activities in my account. I did nothing but look up my balances for the last two months. Not sure why they want to screw over customers, but that is what they are doing to me, and you can see many others. i had to take pictures of me holding ID and deal with all this on TDay. Time to stop this terrible treatment of their customers. I will post what happens in the next days ahead to see how quickly they resolve this BS.
