This hotel is the cutest hotel I've ever been in! I am OBSESSED with all of the pineapples everywhere! The rooms were so cute and comfy and had pineapples everywhere. They have little pineapple souvenirs everywhere you can buy, but they were expensive to buy or I'm sure I would've had them all. The bed was comfy, I loved the dual comforters. The pillows we're a little flat after you laid on them for a little bit, but overall comfy. The showers were strange without curtains, but nice nonetheless. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wheelchair accessible room was very helpful and made our stay very easy. I used a credit card to hold the room and at the end we checked out and paid cash. The bill was $100 more than what we had been quoted due to fees and parking. We paid that full amount in cash. A day later there is a charge on my credit card for the full amount so I called the hotel. They put me on hold for a long time and I had to do something so I hung up. Next morning I receive a receipt via email showing a refund on parking fees of $50. I call the hotel again and they tell me they never charged my card, that I only paid the lesser amount and that their tills all balanced. So this is on me for not getting a receipt at the time of payment but they pocketed the extra $50 cash that we paid and have no intention of doing anything about it.

Absolutely love this hotel! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the staff was amazing, and I loved that it was unlimited water, cookies, and coffee. A nice bonus was they have bikes and umbrellas you can borrow for free. The pool is also nice and the gym is decent as well. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!!

Loved our stay here! Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy and had a nice view of the space needle. The bed was so comfortable, I could've slept all day! The little breakfast cafe was good as well. Easy walking distance to the Space needle, Climate Pledge Arena, and the monorail. We would stay here.again in a heartbeat!

I have enjoyed staying at the Maxwell twice. I have used the $10/day credit for breakfast and the bar. Please note. You must use the $10 daily. Use it or lose it. I will stay again at the Maxwell when I return to Seattle.

When bringing a pet, can they stay in the room (in a crate) by themselves? I've seen a mix at other hotels. Some say yes and others say pets must be attended at all times. Our kids will want to use the pool; hoping to leave dog in crate while we swim

Melissa Ingersoll | Aug 18, 2018

When I visited, people left their dogs alone, but the hotel called them to return, as the dogs barked nonstop. If you have well behaved dogs, you can probably sight see without them.
