Embassy Suites provide great facilities for your next stay or possible business meetings. I was on site recently for a business conference that was also catered for lunch. The catering was fantastic and The food was great. Service was top-notch. Exactly what you would expect for a catered lunch. I have previously stayed overnight at embassy suites, and they also have great cookies!

Not good, service has gone downhill. They do not clean the room unless you ask and if you didn't know there is a card somewhere in the room explaining the situation. In the meantime calling the front desk doesn't help they don't seem to care, they'll do it tomorrow when I check out. Also no newspaper and no restaurant shown on their web page. I don't like the lack of service after the pandemic, it's no longer the service industry, it's the slightly cleaned room to sleep in industry.

It was my Son's birthday, so I took him and my Grandson for a weekend swim and chance to get away from it all. We had the best room in the hotel and my family had the best time. My Grandson at bedtime said "this was so much fun, can we do it again?". My Son said he had a really good time and it reminded him of his childhood when we used to go every few months for a get away.

Check in went okay but after asking the front desk if we could leave our car in front to unload our stuff onto a cart, the shuttle driver about ran us over because he was mad. At 5:30 pm we asked if we could make reservations for the pool and was told the only time open was 6pm. We were at dinner so that didn't work for us. We could have stayed with family but the reason we stayed here was for the pool and hot tub. Two of our parties called to inquire about the pool and it was never mentioned that you needed reservations. So we didn't get to swim which was the entire point of staying here. Come to find out...another party with us checked in later and they were able to swim. So that makes perfect sense 🙄 So my kids were very disappointed. Then we get to the room and laid in bed only to have ants crawling on us!! At this point it was 10 pm and I didn't want to move rooms because we were all settled. There were also greasy hand prints on the headboard. Disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
