Hotel was amazing! Great location! Almost everything is in walking distance. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and super helpful!! I hope to stay there again if I come back to San Diego.

I’m not really sure why people are giving bad reviews but our experience has been great so far. The staff has been nice and friendly, the pool is amazing and great music! Just the vibe we wanted. The rooms may be slightly outdated with color choice but it’s completely fine. The location is perfect, close to everything. Easy to walk to everywhere. Very lgbt friendly. Parking is expensive but that’s everywhere.

Nice hotel. No issues. Great location, walking distance to plenty of places and the trolley stop. Loved the poolside music. One complaint though is that the only curtain was a black out shade, and we were in a room that you could see right in from the pool. Would have been nice to have a sheer curtain that would keep other people from seeing in, but still let light in the room.

Positive: The location was good. The rooftop bar was nice. The staff was very friendly and the valet/doormen opened the door for us each time we entered or exited. Negative: We have never been to any hotel that didn't have in-room coffee, but they had a coffee cart in the lobby in the mornings, but it was not free. They charged $4.00 + tax for one cup of coffee.
