As a formerly professional baker, I feel like Sweet Buns does a great job on their pastries. Their entire style is pulled from Hong Kong and other East Asian flavors and French Pastisserie methods, all hand made. Their sweets are not too sweet and the savory buns are simply wonderful. Cannot recommend enough.

That depends. They have several pastries for purchase laid out already and I've seen them bring fresh items out of the kitchen for purchase while I've been there.
