I stayed here twice (before & after a cruise) and it was fantastic. Everyone I talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and a small fridge. There was a wide variety of food set out for breakfast and it's only a couple of blocks away from the Seattle Center & Space Needle. If I'm ever back in Seattle, I definitely know where I'm staying!

I have stayed at this property a couple of times. The location is great for accessing events and tourist activities. The property is clean, well managed, well staffed, and quiet. I can tell that the staff is well trained and take pride in providing a safe and pleasant experience. I also appreciate that for a fee we can park in a locked garage. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to downtown Seattle for business or play.

I haven't been this disappointed by a hotel in a while. Easily 50 people showed up at once to check in. There was only one person for a while before someone else came in, and based on what I overheard, no manager on the premises. Extremely poor planning for an event weekend. We had 4 guests but we only had 3 towels. The shower was lukewarm for about a minute then slowly transitioned to cold. The parking stalls were all for compact cars, so the other couple in my room had to really squeeze. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, but I wasn't impressed.

Clean and convenient walking distance to the Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena (which is why we were there). The rooms were clean and well maintained, but nothing to special about them. The staff we interacted with was very helpful and professional. They did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed. My only gripe was that I booked the room on my Hilton credit card but had to put a card down for incidentals, and when they took that info every was charged to that card vs. my Hilton one. First world problems for sure.
