I saw them around 6.00 am during the week
We parked and walked everywhere but I didn't notice any times posted. What I can say is valet was open when I went to workout at 7:30am and they were open when we got back around 11:30pm. They keep your keys so I'd venture to guess they're available any time of the day if you need your car.
It's easy and faster.
