We stayed one night for my husband's birthday when we had to cancel a larger vacation celebration. We'd been to the renovated bar before, which is beautiful, but I surprised him with a little one night "staycation." The room was gorgeous and spacious with a REFRIGERATOR! Would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location too.

We came for drinks and dinner and were absolutely delighted! The service was five star and the food was delicious…amazing staff…Junior in the lounge was just awesome and the service in George was impeccable, as was the food! Our server, Chris D, was just fantastic! I can’t say enough good here…amazing evening

I was on a business group rate trip for 3 nights, so maybe that's why it was mediocre. I'm vegetarian and my husband is an omnivore. The meals that we were served did not taste flavourful or fresh. It was Russian roulette whether you would get a soft or hard dinner roll. Even the steak and fish were dry and unappealing. The only meal that was good was breakfast, very well done. Besides the group meals, the room service options were sub par and the cocoa we ordered arrived lukewarm. Husband said restaurant food was a 5/10 Very kind busboy and attentive staff. Rooms impeccably clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Love this place! My favorite place to grab a late night drink with friends! Was there the other night and had the best time ever thanks to Andrew in the bar area! He was very attentive and friendly to my party! He was quick to provide us with drink and food recommendations. He kept the Lastword drinks coming and made sure my friends wine glasses where filled with great selections! Would highly recommend The Fairmont for a casual get together and great drink selections!

I believe like in most cities, there is a tax for hotels & resorts. You can ask reservations for a break down of fees.

Yes there is. There is an elevator behind the wall to the left of the escalator in the pretty entrance lobby. We stayed in accessible room and it had a large bathroom with seated/ roll-in shower.
Wifi is included in the resort fee. Parking is a separate charge. No included meals.
