Had a great stay here, a great rooftop pool with great views! Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Paying for parking was the only downfall but Lana made the stay that much better getting in late and stresses of travel were wiped away with her hospitality and care!

We've stayed here a few times and never had issues with parking. We spent over $600 for a room for a concert last night and arrived at 3pm. Parking was full and we had to pay another $100 to park 2 blocks away and had to move our vehicle at midnight defeating the purpose of us having a close hotel with valet parking. Manager told us that she was unable to do anything about comping our parking or giving us some kind of credit to our room. Caprice the front desk lady was so helpful when we stopped by later, actually listened unlike anyone else and gave us a small credit to our room which made me feel a bit better. Bottom line don't plan on parking for an event. Pillows were also ti y but room was clean and of course pool is great.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you're in town for a game or concert at one of the stadiums. We planned a one night stay and had a great time. The view was mostly great (the windows could have been washed) Last minute we decided to stay and extra day and move to a jacuzzi room, which they did with no problem. The next morning, we were woken up at 8:30 am by a knock on our door by house keeping asking when we were leaving. Check out was not until noon. As little as this may seem, it stained my opinion of this hotel. I'm still confused why/how this would happen. Overall, nice place to stay. Front Desk and Valet employees were very nice and accommodating. Not happy about an unwanted wake up call

The location, rooms and staff are just first class. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is so accommodating and positive throughout the facility. However, the desk staff is just amazing. Special shout-out to Caprice. Management has to know what they’ve got!!!! Kind, sincere and just a wonderful young woman who went way above and beyond any expectation in providing for our needs and wants. Caprice, you made our three day Mariner trip even more enjoyable! Thank you!!!

Great services
Valet parking. 40 bucks a night. Worth it.
Good Day Ekimwood, Our garage fits 6'8" and then we have an agreement with CenturyLink for anything over that height up to 8'3". Thank you, Rachelle
I do not believe they shuttle to the CenturyLink Field because it is literally right across the street. As for parking, there was enough spaces that they allowed me to pay for another day of valet parking and hold my bags until late evening. There are cheaper parking garages around, but i found this to be more convenient.
It's 100' to the left field gates... No shuttle necessary
Yes! We have a shuttle. It is FREE. We take guests regularly to the waterfront. Our shuttle runs from 7:00am to 11:00pm each day... Did I mention it was FREE? Thank you for your question.
We require that guests that rent rooms from us need to be 21 years or old. If you have someone that is over 21 and they are the registered party. Thank you for understanding.
I called Silver Cloud Hotel and you do have to pay for parking, guest or not. With taxes, the rate is about $49.00 per night. They do have a restaurant/bar downstairs. Hope this helps.
I went with the valet parking. $30 is a small fee to pay for security. There is an open pay lot nearby, but do I really want to gamble with a smashed window in a city I'm not familiar with?
Midnight every day.
