I really liked this bar! but I was very badly treated last time!! bar guys very nice but the rest very rude! They don't talk they just push people out! I was pushed and my bottle of drink fell on the floor and it broke… I used to like this bar, but I don't go back to this place anymore!! Horrible!!!!

This bar used to be cool, not anymore. Staff are super rude with their costumers. I had such a bad experience yesterday. Basically, the security attacked my friend for caring a sparkling water bottle outside of the bar. He literally grabbed it from his hands and broke in front of the bar… not even advertised him it wasn’t allowed, instead, decided to “be as aggressive as possible”. There are better bars in San Francisco, definitely not coming back.

Used to be a great bar. Now they don't give a care about anyone inside the bar or out. Don't expect to get in quickly and definitely don't expect to get a drink for 20 minutes after that. Atmosphere is alright. But the owners are bad and the staff reflects their lack of care.

I think the most important think, wherever place, it is the guest service, and we are come from different countries, but the people of the bar of the bar it is not really nice, dont smile, and when you are gonna to pay they say "dont forget the tip" it was incredible.
