Heather Love's knowledge of the different policy types and their benefits for life insurance was insightful and helped us make the right decision. I didn't know there was more than just whole and term. Additionally, she gave me better information regarding our current car coverage in CA, and she's a NV agent. It really makes me question whether our current agents are fully equipped to understand and give you advice about what you really need to protect yourself and your assets. Definitely didn't feel like I was, "being sold."

So, I was dissatisfied with my previous insurance company, so I decided to switch. I had State Farm previously, so decided to switch back. My fiancée was happy with her agent so I gave her a try. What a wonderful experience. I worked with her Account Associate Heather to get my coverage set up. She was fantastic. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly and I had my new policy set up and insurance cards in my inbox in no time. I highly recommend this office. Very competent. Very efficient. And super friendly.

I've been with State Farm for decades. I switched years ago to Tracy's Office, because it is by far The Best. Tracy Hollander's office never ceases to amaze me. They are always professional, fast, efficient & friendly, whether it's processing a claim, answering a question or making an update. Most recently, I worked with their Account Associate, Eva Lee to get quotes & ultimately set up 2 additional policies. She is the kind of agent you DREAM OF! She answered endless questions for me, explained many things, was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable, great follow thru & and always thorough in her work. The State Farm prices were more than competitive. I ended up with much better coverage at a much lower price. Thank you, Eva!!!! & Thank you Tracy Hollander's Office. My wife has been with Traci Hollander for many years. I have been with them since we've been together and purchased vehicles together - maybe 33 years? Their service has always been top notch. Recently we got a notice that our homeowner's insurance (with another good company) was going to go up about 65%, so we contacted Traci's office to see what they could do. Kendall Rhodes got back to me and was very helpful! She answered all my questions, and our new homeowner's policy with State Farm will have similar coverage, but will be much less than our policy was going to be with the other company! I would recommend State Farm and Traci's office to anyone!
