Good, but not only because there are stairs but because it is uneven, it's old and dangerous. I wouldn't recommend going down in a wheelchair even if it was accessible. Unfortunately this is one of those historic things that isn't conducive to a wheelchair.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible but I would call and ask about accessibility. Maybe they have some sections that are accessible but aren't on the typical tour route.

No, there are a lot of uneven surfaces in the tour. The tour also goes up and down stairs to get between underground and aboveground.
