This club did a great job helping us through covid and staying healthy. I couldn't be happier and I was able to keep some kind of healthy routine. When things opened back up, they have been great about keeping things clean. The class sizes have changed and everything looks great and covid aware. Makes me feel at home here, despite the rise of the virus again.

I have my new job to thank for my new interest in working out. My company offers a SAC membership as a health benefit. I just completed my first week of working out and I’m a bit sore but it’s sore in a good way. I love everything I’m learning here from the super professional and friendly staff.

The best gym I've ever belonged to! The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean, and the classes are always fun. They especially went above and beyond during covid by keeping everyone updated, motivated with online classes, and making sure everything was as safe as possible when they were able to open.

Wow, how far this place has fallen. It is SERIOUS disrepair. The women's locker room is filthy and the staff is ill-prepared to hear anything, let a alone fix anything. Machines remain broken for long periods of time The staff I spoke with say the manager, Rob, and the operations woman, Sam, rule by terror - bring up an issue and you are as likely to be fired as anything else. The sad part was this used to be a good place, with an engaged, able staff.
