Atmosphere is awesome. The coaches are great. I specially sign up for classes from coach Rachel and coach Dani as I burn the max calories in their workout sessions. Leave feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the day

I love Orange Theory Belltown! I was there from the beginning in 2017, but took a 2.5 year hiatus with the pandemic. (In my defense, I’m a nurse and got covid twice 😳) I’m thrilled to be back and I truly missed it. Elia, Rachel, Lena and the entire staff are so friendly and helpful. While I do need to lose the covid-20, I feel strong and I know I will get there. The mix of cardio and weight training is always different, it actually feels fun. I’d recommend it to everyone, you can get a great work out at whatever level you need, there are so many options and it is such a welcoming vibe.

I just started this year and absolutely recommend this OTF location to anyone wanting to join a gym at which you are welcomed daily, constantly encouraged by each of the instructors, and provided guidance when not doing the form correctly. There's no judgement at this location. All of the staff and clients are always friendly. A big Shout-Out to the Manager -- She always remembers every single client's name. I honestly do not know how she does it. She always makes you feel personally welcomed!! :) If you are struggling with the cost, then don't because it is an investment in your health. I like spending an hour knowing that I will leave a healthier and better version of myself and not have to think about it. The instructors tell you exactly what to do and when. I especially love their All Out sessions. This is when you get to test your limits. I have closer OTF locations that I can attend, but I drive out of my way to come to this location solely because of the OTF Team there.

I’ve been coming for a year, 100 classes. I love OTF. They’re good hard workouts, but super approachable. The trainers are friendly and supportive. I’ve never felt judged for picking lower weights or walking on the treadmill. They’ll help adjust workouts for your needs. But they also encourage you to give it your all. I leave feeling better and see some great results. Dani and Rachel are my two fav trainers

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.
If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.
Book your first workout by signing up online or calling the Orangetheory studio most convenient for you. Once you have an Orangetheory Fitness membership, download the Orangetheory Fitness app. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, book classes and get access to the latest intel.
A water bottle and a towel.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 30 minutes before class and avoid congregating in the lobby.
Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
Our rates and fees vary based on the studio, but your first workout is FREE. Contact your local studio to discuss pricing when you redeem your free workout!
Depends on the package or any corporate discounts that you have. Typically I've known that each class costs about $25.
