The coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts are diverse, so you never get bored. Music is great. Atmosphere is great. Community is awesome. I’ve never enjoyed working out before, and I actually look forward to coming here. I love that I don’t have to think about what to do next, and the 60 minutes flies by. The first time I ran the whole time on the treadmill, Coach Amy noticed my progress and found me after class to say she was proud of me and gave me a hug. It feels good to be investing in myself and have the coaches equally invested in helping me improve!

I absolutely love this studio. They have great workout templates and engaging exercises. The coaches and staff here are friendly and welcoming. Any fitness level and workout experience would be welcome here. If you’ve never given OTF a try, I would highly recommend it.

This has been my main studio for several years, I’ve always been impressed with the quality of their coaches and staff. The gym space is a bit smaller than other studios, but I find that leads to a better awareness of the class working out together, that’s why I like group classes anyway. Coming out of quarantine, I was out of shape but coaches Amy, Anna, and Dani have done a great job motivating us to keep pushing. I recommend this gym to my friends all the time, and for anyone looking to get fit post-quarantine.

Orange Theory provides a great workout program but I've noticed that the quality of the class really depends on the instructor. Kingsley has definitely been my favorite so far and has stood out from the other instructors I've had. He provides clear instruction, motivates the class, and makes sure you are pushing your limits and giving it all you have while making the class 'his own'. He prevents the classes from feeling like a big box corporate gym and I really appreciate that. At this point, I only signup for his classes and he is the main reason I am keeping my membership at OTF.

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
