The owners and management have over exceeded how many people should have memberships to a certain location. You can go anytime of any day and it will be completely over crowded with no machines available to use. Management and owners need to thin how many people are allowed to use this facility as they have surpassed appropriate capacity:

This is an awesome neighborhood gym. The location is convenient and walkable, but they also have parking. Since your fob opens the door anytime, you can work out whenever is convenient for you, making it feel like a home gym. Staff is there if you want to ask a question or need help, but they're not more of a presence than necessary. Everything is clean and organized, and even at rush hour, it's a manageable number of people. The clientele is mainly nearby residents, which gives the gym a cool, local vibe that isn't intimidating. I've only had a great experience with my membership here and am really glad I found this place.

The staff here are so friendly, and it’s a very positive environment to workout in. This is the first gym I’ve gone to, and they have made the enrollment process simple and easy. I’m stoked to continue working out here!

Spacious, clean, not at all crowded when I went early in the morning. Lots of cardio equipment. Great warm up hiking up Queen Anne Blvd. from the Denny neighborhood. Everyone wearing masks if you're concerned about that during the pandemic.
