PNW's business practices are unethical at best, fraudulent at worst. And there are many pieces to the puzzle. 1, They advertise a non-existent free trial; 2, they minimize your concerns whenever money issues come up; 3, they make it difficult to cancel due to a hard-to-reach third party account management company. And the list goes on. If you ever have to deal with customer service, you'll find yourself feeling as if you're merely a dollar sign to these people. My summary review: Watch your back.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted (basic, month-to-month, no frills, etc.) and Richard made it happen and was super helpful during the whole process, gym tour included. Left a hugely positive impression. Have only visited once so far, but the place looked great, not too crowded even during peak hrs, and tons of varied equipment. Looking forward to getting back

Pricier as far as gyms go. Its pretty clear the owners value getting every last penny possible because 1) the dont have public wifi (the do have a private one for workers so this is a concious choice) and 2) theres a whole dance room that is also not for public use because again the owners dont want to let people use it. For the price they make you pay, both these should be accessible yet here we are. Also no scales in the locker rooms but a broken one is available on the other side of the gym. In case your wondering what your weight is with like a 20lb error range.

It's a decent gym and sometimes gets busy. It's in an interesting location and also has in interesting layout. Worked out here with Trevor as a personal trainer for a couple months because I was in town for work. Really good trainer and I like his style. A couple times I came here on my own I noticed it was quite busy and every now and then the front desk would have some admin/technical difficulties with my check in (kinda annoying but I'm sure it wasn't their fault). However, the other side of the gym was always nice and pretty empty. I didn't like to stick to the machines anyways.
