Living up the street it's been about convenience, go there for meat and the deli. Sadly the deli has gone downhill the past couple years I think, but still was going there. Yesterday had a horrible experience in the deli which made me decide to go to the Neenah Festival from now on. An order I placed a week ago was not ready which was frustrating. But the worst part was a guy in the deli who wasn't even waiting on me became extremely rude shouting over the sweet girl helping me at that moment. Was blown away. The way he talked to me was uncalled for. My daughter walking past on the other side heard him & was also disgusted. I went to talk to the manager. He was kind enough to call another store to see if they could fill my order. Though extremely inconvenient having to rush to the other side of town when having a cook out after work, wasting gas & time, I appreciated him at least calling. Neenah location has a much better deli, selection and people are always nice there. This isn't the 1st time we've had grumpy people in their deli/meat dept. But it definitely was upsetting.

I went to festival to pick up some plants for the women I work with for international woman's day. The cashier who helped me was fantastic!! I noticed I needed 2 more plants and while I ran to go get them she found a box and made sure my plants would make it to work safely. She even found plastic to go over them to protect them from the cold!!! Truly amazing service!!!
