Great to have a place to park as a tourist. 25$ per day though 🤷‍♂️ They lock it up at night which is great. But they recharge you anytime you take your car in or out on top of what you already paid for the day. Pretty lame.

Avoid this parking lot. They apparently close their gates and doors after a certain time. (Not sure when; there was no sign saying they do this.) I called the security number, and they said someone would come let me in, but they never did, even when I called again. It was getting dark, and the neighborhood, which felt okay by daylight, did not feel safe anymore. I followed someone in who had a key — but so did some guys from the alley across the street whose behavior made me very nervous.. When these guys started hanging out near my car and didn’t leave, I felt super vulnerable. I waited by the elevators until they finally moved on. I jumped in my car and got out of there. Dangerous place to park.

DO NOT PARK HERE !! Couldnt get out of parking garage for almost an hour because ticket didnt want to work , kept saying bad ticket , got hung up on multiple times by customer service and was just a horrible experience !!! Never again !!!

I can't even give them 1 star, but zero is not an option. DO NOT PARK HERE! You will find yourself locked out, unable to reach anyone to talk to, and have your car stuck there overnight. Their signage is essentially NON EXISTENT and their "after hours" contact is a joke. No one answers the phone. It took us more than 12 HOURS to hear back from anyone. This place is a scam! Deceitful business practices earn them all of the 1 star ratings they deserve. JUST YUCK!
