*DO NOT PARK HERE* Your car is a sitting duck. Thieves have all the time in the world, and you WILL get your stuff stolen. No security cameras. I’m guessing the people who work there are the actual thieves. Only shady parking lots don’t have cameras.

A perfectly adequate parking garage which is always in good repair, nearly always has parking places. Price similarly to most garages downtown or a little less, depending on how popular nearby events are. Well signed.

For shows at Seattle Rep theaters they often offer prepaid parking in advance at a discount when you buy tickets. Check with the venue if you're going to a performance in the area.
