This is a brief incident synopsis since details and facts are still surfacing. Additionally this Mom knows the importance of protecting medical information and as such will be careful. Dr. Singh (ER) and others ( still gathering) violated my sons Hippa rights as well as releasing him while still hallucinating. I begged not to release him but they were upset because he got away and later found but made them look even worse. I also informed her we had good insurance and I wanted to transfer him to another hospital. NO she decided he was a danger to others ( not himself) and the police were called and arrested him !! I am investigating all the laws and procedures ignored as my son laid helplessly restrained and out of his mind.

I had a very traumatic delivery and my L&D nurse Jamie basically saved my life. She cared for me from the moment she walked into the room and went above and beyond. I wouldn't be here holding my baby if it weren't for her and the other L&D nurses like their charge Moly, Alisha, Christine, and loads of other L&D nurses that day.
