Pretty standard parking garage. One of the cheapest monthly rates for the SLU/downtown area. Can get busy and fill up if there’s an event. You’ll just have to keep driving up and exit may take longer. Be aware of your when your parking time expires, otherwise they’ll try to tack on big charges when you go to exit. Never seen a parking attendant but the button to call was responsive the one time I had to use it.

Used Hertz, they gave me ticket, it didn't work. Automated system, no help, no answer to call button. Had to use ccard to exit, charged my card 37.00!!! Was supposed to be free. Had to web search to find contact # (came up on googles), called, vmail of course left callback. Disputed charged, fortunately bank credited right away (great bank, have used almost 40 yrs!). BEWARE.

As parking garages go, it's all right. Unless there's an event, it's the cheapest around. It smells awful and is stiflingly hot in the summer months, though.

Easily accessible and convenient for the Convention Center, Paramount Theatre and The Grand Hyatt. Low ceiling at 6’5” and lighting is below optimal as there are some very dark parking spots. Overnight parking rate was $37 at the time. Parking spaces are normal size with a nice amount of vehicle door access. Compact spaces are available as well but the floor labelling is dirty and barely visible so be aware of those. Wheelchair parking spots are huge and close to elevator access. The elevator smells of urine.
