Express parcel slow like turtle, near 1 month hasn’t information. Very bad service

Post office closes earlier than stated. Clerk talks for 5 minutes to someone not in line, while customers wait in line. Then says she can't take customers because 15 minutes before her shift is over. If counter closes 15minutes before office, it should be stated. Having customer waiting in line so clerk can have a personal chat is unprofessional.

This USPS office needs to get checked out. They try and sell their own merchandise and hide most of the official and free USPS envelopes/boxes. I asked for an envelope to deliver my passport and they gave me a manila envelope with a clip. I went to another USPS branch and they gave me an official priority mail envelope which is the correct way to send it. I assume they do other shady business tactics as well.

I needed to send mail, and my own mail room at work charged me extra and even did not know how to make stamped envelope included in mail for return. Then I walked to this location #111. This Mail location was extremely cheap. Personnel is great: friendly, helpful and polite. They did everything very fast. Thanks a lot for your service!
