Used to love this place, in fact when I travel down to Palm Springs area, I ALWAYS make this one of my stops to grab a bite to eat, but the last few times at 2 if it's locations I've had issues with the food! This particular trip I was first at their Indio location, and after waiting for a couple of ground beef tacos, finally the guy at the register asks me if I ordered the ground beef tacos? After I said Yes, he then tells me that they don't have any ground beef! I asked him why did they take my order and money, and not say anything then? He said, "sorry, we were busy ", I asked for my money back and left. I then went to their other location in Palm Desert (Washington) ordered 3 ground beef hard shell tacos, and when they gave me my order, I looked at it and said "I think this is someone else's order, I ordered hard shell tacos" (these were open face soft tacos, more like a soft tostada) she then told me "sorry, we don't have and hard shells today) I don't know why she NEVER told me when I ordered or while I was waiting for my order, but not happy and ended up throwing them away☹

It was okay but you need better customer service young kids working need to have smiles at least pretend they like there job or something.
