Placing the order was so easy and he remained available throughout the entire process to answer questions and make any changes we requested. Customer satisfaction is Christopher's top priority. The measuring team is also top shelf, arriving on time, asking about our preferences for how the shades will be installed, and following all the current COVID protocol when entering our home. The installers for our various installations were also prompt, polite, followed all COVID protocols, cleaned up after drilling the brackets and did an overall fantastic job! This week Sayed installed a window shade with a solar charger, and offered to program the remote to include another solar shade. I didn't even have to ask, he was one step ahead of me! He was prompt, professional, friendly and went the additional mile to make the installation a positive experience and our use of the remote so easy! Thank you The Shade Store!
