Never go to this store to take passport pictures. The picture that they took was rejected by the passport issuing agency because it was not big enough. The office didn't admit that they made a mistake and didn't even offer a refund. This is terrible because it is so hard to an appointment to apply for a passport. This simple mistake resulted in me not applying being able to apply for the passport and having to wait for another 4 weeks for the next available appointment

I needed to be at home in order to receive a package delivered by this location. I rescheduled the delivery to be on a Saturday since I work during the weekday, and they disregarded the scheduled date and tried redelivering another weekday while I was at work. So then I miss work to try to pick up the package while at home, and they don't even ring my buzzer - I had to check downstairs after waiting all day to see that they put a "fail to deliver" sign at my door despite waiting the entire time. So then I miss MORE work to go physically pick it up during business hours - three times, they were closed (Monday at 1pm, Wednesday at 10am, and Friday at 3pm). Now my package is being returned due to a failure to deliver. I just wanted pretty clothes from an online store. 😭

What a pain in the a**. This is where packages go to die. I cannot physically find this location. No one ever answers the phone. Why wasn't the item delivered in the first place. Every time a package of mine is relocated here (for some unknown reason) it is gone forever. It doesn't matter if you go through the re-deliver process (online or phone). So unbelievably upsetting and have lost valuable items through this service of USPS. Amazon please just take over USPS services entirely.

From the Newton street side entrance, you can walk up steps or a ramp through what appear to be employee-only double doors which lead to a window desk. They'll support customers from that side but no computers to assist with transactions.
There's a delivery bay on the right end of the building (when you are facing away from 15th Ave W). A large sign that says something like "Customer Will-Call" is displayed, and there's a customer entrance door near the right side of that wall.
