I rarely write reviews, but this deserves a comment for the one star I'm giving it. I went to the Lakeport store on a recent Saturday and there was a note taped to the door that said "will return soon..." So I returned over an hour later and the sign was still there. But I went back the following week because I needed a new phone and wanted to work with someone in person instead of just ordering one online. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with the employee Steven. I told him I'd like to trade in my old Samsung for an iPhone, and in a very condescending tone, he immediately questioned my reason and flat out discouraged me from getting an iPhone. I was surprised at his attitude, but figured he'd shift to being helpful since that's his job. I tried to explain why I wanted to switch phones, but he didn't seem interested in listening because he insisted I'd regret getting an iPhone and "would probably be back in a week to return it." He was so off-putting and difficult to try and work with, I decided to leave. That was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service experiences I've had. One star is too generous.

Went in to take my old phone in for the trade in I had for my new phone and the store smelled horrible, lots of items to choose from however customer service wasn't good. Not kind just very blah and when more people came into the store and I was waiting to be helped to pay for a phone case, I waited 15 mins with my 2 kids running around. I ended up just walking out. :/

After drooling over the new phones and hours online doing research about specs and storage capacity, I finally decided to drop in and see what their stock was. Let me tell you...these guys were knowledgeable, polite, was able to answer my questions and helped me score some new new. Emilio is beyond professional! Knew the ins and outs of the phone and got me all hooked up and ready to go. If you need any service, this is the spot. A+, 5☆☆☆ service!
