More like zero stars. They don't even attempt to contact you when delivering something that requires a signature. Complaining does nothing and they just don't answer their phone. I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism.

The employees have been fine but this post office needs an severe update. How about some paint and fix the front doors!! Biggest issue: stealing and I dropped a return with jewelry on it to avoid any issues between my home and the post office. The package was sliced opened and the jewelry stolen. It has to happen at the post office. It was sent back to me with visible damage. Thanks for that

Young black African American customer service is a real B and gives poor, lousy customer service. She is aggressive and also ignorant about what her job is. She had to ask her coworker what to do after having yelled at me. In fact none of the people working there knows the right protocol or system for the type of service that I go for which is something established by the same USPS. They are always scrambling, sending me back and forth between windows, uncertain of what is that THEY need to do.... FOR YEARS....and UNFORTUNATELY it HAS to be this office and no other office to pick up this mail... no but TODAY... TODAY it took the F cake with this entitled aggressive B. If I could give them minus infinite stars I would. It is not my fault they don't know how to do their job and even less to receive HER aggressive attitude, rude and condescending... unacceptable! The Asian guys and the older black American woman are total sweethearts and extremely professionals though and they have always been.

The worst employees ever. We were told to collect our mail from the post office at 5:00 pm and when we arrived there, they simply said that the carrier will contact us and shut the door. We tried explaining that the registered mail that was paid for contained important original documents but they just yelled 'DO WHATEVER YOU WANT' and kept shutting the door instead of helping me with the next steps. I don't understand why they are so starved.
