Ken was very rude , he told me he couldn’t help me and to ask somebody that was in the back to come and help me . He had Very bad attitude and should have never been working that day . He was not helpful at all .

Very attentive team. They always make sure to meet everyone's needs in a timely manner. Id rather go to this postal services then all the others the same distance because this staff knows what they are doing. Very good at giving answers to important questions when I needed as well. 5 stars all the way!!

Not sure where several of these poor reviews are coming from, but I had a pleasant experience with Raquel. I had questions/clarification regarding mail forwarding and she was able to resolve my concerns - Raquel was able to thoroughly and clearly explain the process, was patient, efficient and kind. Hoping to bring some light to the staff at USPS - Columbia City because I can only imagine some of the hardship/challenges they must have gone through (especially during the pandemic).

Are they still at the temporary location by the Kingways? There is customer parking right next to the entrance.
The mail collection box was run over by a customers car. It is now back in its previous location.

The annex that holds packages is at 5920 mlk jr way s 98118. The PO boxes and retail office is at 3642 33rd Ave S Suite C2
The letter carrier annex is where you would pick up your packages and mail is located at 5920 Martin Luther King Jr Way. The window location where you would buy postage and get P.O. Box mail will move to a separate location at a later time.
It depends on size and weight. You'll have to bring your package to the post office to find out how much it will cost.
