I actually appreciate going here with my husband because our landlord has a bad tendency to pick up the mail where we live and we don't always get it on time and so we decided to get a P.O. box for future mail and we are much more comfortable with using the post office than anything else

Tracking keeps saying delivery was attempted and now must be picked up at post office. No one has come to the house, it's 3 blocks away from the post office, I've gone over to the post office twice and they say it's on the truck out for delivery.

Does this post office have finger printing services? Have called a dozen times to verify but have they have never picked up the phone.

Awful. Just awful. We pay them for a service and they can't be bothered to do their job. Multiple times I've had deliveries not show up saying there was "no secure location". They don't even try to deliver these things, I have cameras, no delivery attempts at all and no notice given even though tracking says that there was notice given. Such a garbage "service" and this location is by far the worst PO I've ever been in.
