Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hyundai of Seattle! Cedric was amazing and so helpful and nice! I didn’t feel pressured at all- in fact I even left and came right back! He had so much knowledge about all of the cars I checked out. James helped me sign all of my paperwork and I really liked him too. I had previously checked out another Hyundai dealer and left because the salesman creeped me out, definitely not the case with Cedric! 10/10 would buy from them again.

Went to check cars to a few places so far this one offered what I was looking for . Mohamud was amazing helping us get the right payment plan for the car we Wanted . He did follow up at all the time and informed me right away when the car was ready , way earlier than I thought!!! Super recommended! Thanks again we are so pleased and happy with our new purchase!

I never posted a review before about anything online because nothing like this had happened. If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. This dealership is just a step away from a scam. They don’t honour their own decisions. Their sales reps disregard appointments. I made an appointment over the phone and the sales rep didn’t show up. Did I mention that I had to drive across the border to honor the appointment? On top of that they went back on their word with a string of ludicrous statements. Honestly, they are the worst. I sincerely doubt the authenticity of the 5 star reviews. Stay away. Stay far away. It is better to take your money and burn it than deal with these clowns, at least you can keep warm.

Very pleased customer! As I was doing my research and discovering what car fit best for me I reached out and called Hyundai of Seattle. Ashley the sales manager was able to inform me what was in stock and assist me on the phone, she was so inviting and kind in person! She directed Cedric to consult with me on options. After sitting down and discussing my budget and desired vehicle he was able to show me a 2022 Hyundai Sonata. As I was hesitant on the price he made me feel comfortable and had their financing team go over all the possible options! They really break it down for you in a easy and simple way, the service I receive should be the gold standard to how all dealerships handle and treat customers. Cedric was able to work with my restricted budget and provide the best rebate to obtain this beautiful car! I couldn’t be happier! Went in looking for a used vehicle but was stunned on how they make it affordable to get a new car! To top of this amazing service their financial employee “Doc” was a pleasure to work with, very experienced and kind. While signing paperwork he marks everything so clear and answers any questions. Prompt and efficient, I don’t think he ever missed crossing any I’s or T’s in his 46 years of being employed there. They have the best warranty for any car you can think of, go see for yourself. Thank you again Cedric for the amazing service I couldn’t be more happy!
