I had a wonderful experience at this FedEx. My online print order had come through incorrectly, causing my book pages to be printed single-sided rather than double-sided. Despite the fact that it wasn’t his fault at all, the FedEx rep quickly offered to reprint the material at no charge! I was floored. This place has excellent service.
