I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the "Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world". I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward. I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service. On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

We have used Pioneer for two bathroom remodels now. These guys are fantastic at what they do. Having a 1920 Seattle home presents a number of challenges but at every turn Pioneer knew exactly what needed to be done. Jeremy is very responsive and all the plumbers—Phil, Dave and Jesse—have done very quality work. If you are doing a DIY project they are also wonderfully collaborative.
