When I first called to make appointment here it took a couple of days to get a return phone call and I had to wait approximately a month due to my work schedule which I understood. Theny work schedule changed so I had to wait another month, I was very frustrated but made the appointment since a friend of mine had recommended the owner here. My friend did mention that she had a couple of her appointments canceled at the last minute and to be aware that could happen. Today I finally have my appointment, I wake up to go to the rest room and sure as sh... there is a text staimg my massage appointment has to be canceled due to a "sick doggy" I was very frustrated. I've been hurting for two months waiting to she her and she is canceling for this?? When I text her this her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way. My family will always come before my job and unfortunately I am the only one that is here to manage it all. I can refer you to someone who potentially has less of a load than I do and can maybe be more flexible. What customer service. NOT. I would not recommend Kaleidoscope Massage. Customer Service is very lacking!!
