Since new management, place has gone down the drain. Trash truck rolls in 7 days a week, not sure why. Gophers roam the lands, digging tunnels, and the laundry room is only open when they decide, not to mention the rent for spaces, avarage is $700 plus utility's which all residents split, another why? No bueno

I seen a small area in the back of the park with a couple of RV's but I'm not sure if its accessible for all tenants or not..🤷🏾♂️
